When I read my "Quilter's Home" magazine (my very favorite magazine), especially after quilting for 2 days straight, I feel like maybe I really
AM an artist. That I
CAN design an original quilt pattern that other people would want to make and purchase the pattern. I think I could start entering my quilts in shows and win blue ribbons.
And then...
Reality hits and I have to pick out my mistakes and I get in a hurry and my seams don't match up too well, etc., etc., etc. I guess it's back to making quilts for family and friends who love them, just because they love me and that's okay.
